BitEgreen (Barbados) was one of ten (10) projects awarded to partner and receive free technical support and training from Microsoft Corporation Project 15 after being awarded a full grant under GEF-SGP-UNDP. Microsoft and SGP hope that out of these events, they can further explore ways to scale-up and design innovative solutions to the work that we, and other grantees are leading on.

Selected as one of Barbados’ most innovative cleantech businesses in 2020 via a competitive assessment for the development of the BitEgreen web platform and app towards a more efficient circular economy under Export Barbados-BIDC with technical and financial support from UNIDO and the Global Environmental Facility (GEF):

Bloom Prototype Grant Award (2022/09/23) – $20,000 BBD;
